My name is Erika, I am 20, a junior in college, and this is my weight loss journal. For the past couple of years, I have been trying to lose weight. My highest weight was around 185-190 pounds. The lowest weight I have ever been was 152 in September of 2005. For my height, a healthy weight is 130 pounds. I have been striving to be 130 ever since I was 17, and I just want to get there finally! |
